  1. Water is the ultimate secret of beautiul skin.Drink lots of water if you want to stay beautiful.
  2. Stringent cleansing atleast twice a day is very important.Wash your face with warm water so that you  can purify your skin while maintaining the moisture balance.
  3. Regular moisturisation and exfoliation of the skin are the two most important tips for a healthy and shining skin.
  4. Use a sunscreen lotion with SPF 10 to SPF 30(depending upon the time your skin is going to be exposed to sun) before going out.This is not a cosmetic.This prevents your skin getting affected by UV rays.Its very important to buy a sunscreen lotion which protects you both from UVA and UVB rays.
  5. Use moisturisers regularly 2 times a day no matter whether you go out or stay inside. During winter,you can use wintercare moisturisers.
  6. Its very essential to purify the sweat glands and blood.Eat lots of cleansing vegetables rich in water content.Eat  fruits regularly.Cleaning will stimulate regeneration of cells and clear all black spots.

  1. People with oily skin can do a quick daily exfoliation with neem tea.Put ¼ teaspoon neem leaves in a cup of boiling water.Dip a wash cloth in the cup,wait till its cooled a little and dab your skin several times with it.
  2. Eat lighter foods.Avoid heavy oily foods,cheese,sweets and fried items Eat food items rich in Vitamin A ans B.this helps in updating new cells.These are present in eggs,liver,beef and pomegranates.
  3. Warm oil self massage before bathing helps a lot.It calms down the nerves, helps in releasing deeply embedded toxins and also aids blood circulation.
  4. Carrots and Papayas are two things which give a fair complexion.
  5. Soak some neem leaves(10 to 15) in water for some time.grind them and apply on face.If you do this regularly,then there is no need of any other cosmetics or skin care medicines.Neem is nature’s gift to human beings.
  6. Apply coconut oil everyday on your face(especially those who have dry skin)  so that your skin always retains  some oil.
  7. Aloevera is the best thing which can be used for doing facials.Any product made out of Aloevera is very good for skin.
  8. Apply fresh papaya on your face.Leave it for 15 minutes and then clean your face with cotton.Do this twice a week.
  9. Mix multhani metti(you will get this in all ayurvedic shops) with rose water and apply on face.Wash it after 10 minutes.Do this daily to get a clear skin without any spots.
  10. Mix honey with equal amount of rice flour and pour 2 to three drops of lime juice.Apply this on face  regularly to get rid of whiteheads,blackheads and black spots.
  11. Apply eggwhite on face and stay for 30 minutes.Clean it smoothly with cotton.Do this thrice a week to make your skin look fresh and alive.
  12. Always use an umbrella when you go out in sun.
